XM Studio DC Scarecrow Samurai Series 1/4
Serie: DC Premium Collectibles - Samurai Series.
To offer you an exclusive range of statues and collectibles that may not be available in Europe, some items in our catalog are shipped directly from local suppliers in Asia, from the factory.
Delivery Times and Tracking
Due to international travel and the nature of these items, estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 3 months. Please note that this timeframe is approximate and may occasionally be extended due to international logistics factors, such as port or customs delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated for these unique pieces!
These orders are shipped by sea. Tracking updates will only be available once the package arrives in Europe. You will not receive updates during the sea voyage, as packages are not scanned while in transit.
Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the process and will keep you informed as soon as your order is scanned and the final stage of delivery to Europe begins.
Cost Transparency and No Customs Duties
The price you see in your cart is the only cost you will incur. Our shipments do not incur any additional customs fees. We take care of all the paperwork and fees, ensuring that the final price is exactly what you saw at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Given the nature and logistics of our products, we do not accept changes of mind or cancellations once packages are in transit or if delivery takes longer than expected. We encourage you to carefully evaluate your purchase before confirming it.
Damage and Defect Management
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To initiate the support process, it is essential to provide us with complete photos and videos of the product unboxing. Furthermore, it is crucial not to throw away or damage the original boxes (both the outer brown and inner ones), as they are essential for any replacement requests.
In these cases, the request for replacement parts will be forwarded directly to the manufacturer. However, please note that the manufacturer cannot always guarantee the availability of replacement parts.
If replacement is not possible, Ronida Store offers an exclusive solution: professional on-site repair. Our expert restorers will work on your statue to completely eliminate every trace of damage, restoring it to perfect, like-new condition, with no visible trace of the original defect.
