Motoko Kusanagi: È raffigurata in una posa fiera e rilassata, seduta parzialmente sopra il dorso del Tachikoma. Ha i suoi iconici capelli corti di colore viola/indaco e indossa il suo tipico abbigliamento tattico da combattimento: un body attillato, una giacca corta scura aperta sul davanti e stivali alti. Stringe tra le mani un grosso fucile d'assalto ad alta tecnologia che tiene poggiato dietro le spalle.
Il Tachikoma: Il robot blu cammina su una superficie rocciosa e frastagliata che funge da base espositiva. La sua struttura meccanica è riprodotta nei minimi dettagli, con l'abitacolo semisferico posteriore, le zampe articolate e gli iconici "occhi" bianchi emisferici sul davanti.
Stile, Colori e Illuminazione
L'atmosfera generale è fortemente cyberpunk e fantascientifica, caratterizzata da un forte contrasto cromatico.
Illuminazione: La scena è avvolta da una luce drammatica e cinematografica. Da sinistra proviene una forte sorgente luminosa viola/magenta che crea riflessi accesi sulle superfici metalliche del robot e sui vestiti di Motoko. Da destra, invece, contrasta una luce fredda di colore blu/azzurro ciano, che taglia nettamente i profili della statua.
Dettagli della scultura: Il livello di dettaglio è elevatissimo. Si notano i cavi esposti che collegano le varie parti del mecha, i dettagli metallici usurati (weathering) con graffi e texture realistiche sulla carrozzeria del Tachikoma, e la finitura texturizzata dei tessuti sui vestiti del Maggiore.
