Luffy è scolpito al centro in una posa aggressiva e "bestiale", pronto a scattare o a sferrare un colpo devastante.
Il design rispetta fedelmente l'anime/manga: capelli bianchi simili a fiamme, vestiti bianchi e l'iconica "sciarpa di vapore" (Hagoromo) che gli circonda il collo e le braccia, realizzata in resina semitrasparente.
L'espressione è un mix tra la ferocia del combattimento e la risata liberatoria tipica di Nika (Joy Boy).
Effetti ed Energia (Aura e Haki):
La statua è dominata da un tripudio di effetti in resina trasparente (Clear Resin).
Fulmini Blu/Azzurri: Circondano la base e il corpo di Luffy, rappresentando probabilmente l'energia mistica del frutto risvegliato o l'aura del "Guerriero della Liberazione".
Fulmini Rossi/Arancioni: Sparsi tra l'aura blu, ci sono saette spigolose rosse e nere che simboleggiano l'uso dell'Haki del Re Conquistatore (Haoshoku Haki) infuso nell'attacco.
