Il Mantello: Il lungo cappotto da Ammiraglio con la scritta "Giustizia" (sulla schiena, non visibile ma intuibile dal taglio) è scolpito con un panneggio ampio e sinuoso, catturato come se fosse mosso da uno spostamento d'aria o dal calore ascensionale generato dal magma.

Abbigliamento: Akainu indossa il suo classico abito doppiopetto rosso scuro, completato da una camicia aperta che lascia intravedere il tatuaggio floreale sul lato sinistro del petto e del collo. Sul bavero sinistro è applicata la caratteristica rosa rosa.
Finiture: I bottoni dorati della giacca e le spalline dorate (spalline da ufficiale) presentano una verniciatura metallica che contrasta con i toni opachi del tessuto.
