Scultura e Anatomia: Il busto e la muscolatura iper-definita di Kaido sono scolpiti per enfatizzare la sua forza sovrumana. Sono chiaramente visibili le iconiche squame di drago tatuate/integrate sul braccio sinistro, realizzate con un effetto a rilievo tridimensionale, e la celebre cicatrice a forma di croce sul fianco destro.
Volto ed Espressione: L'espressione del volto è feroce e spietata, incorniciata dalle imponenti corna ricurve che presentano sfumature realistiche (dalle tonalità ossee alla punta scura) e dai lunghi baffi caratteristici del personaggio.
Abbigliamento e Accessori:
La statua indossa il tipico mantello piumato scuro, reso con un'altissima texture che simula il piumaggio pesante.
In vita è presente la spessa corda sacra (shimenawa) bicolore (bianco e viola).
Nella mano destra impugna la sua temibile mazza chiodata (Hachacha), mentre nella sinistra stringe una fiasca di sake decorata con nappe gialle.
Base Diorama: La base è un elemento artistico a sé stante. Il personaggio si erge sopra un enorme teschio demoniaco stilizzato, che evoca l'estetica di Onigashima. All'interno delle orbite oculari e della bocca del teschio è integrato un effetto di illuminazione (probabilmente a LED) che simula il fuoco o la lava incandescente, conferendo drammaticità all'intera composizione.
