Refund policy
We have fourteen (14) days return policy, which means you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your product/s to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ronidastatuegamecollection.com and explicitly inform us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the received product/s.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the warehouse from which the product/s were originally shipped.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must return the product/s within 5 (five) days from the notification of return acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The withdrawal period ends after fourteen (14) days, starting from the day on which you (or a person designated for you to collect), other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the item you have ordered.
For all the above-mentioned cases, you agree to pay the following fees:
- Handling fees
- Restocking fees (20 % of the total cost)
- Repackaging costs
- Transportation costs to the warehouse from which the product/s were originally shipped
Refund on returned product/s
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased at the user's specific request via the "Find my Statue" format cannot be returned.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages, issues and after-sales
Resin items are very fragile by nature and even if packaged, wrapped and shipped in the best possible way, they may sometimes get damaged in transit and/or during the delivery process.
We are happy to offer an after-sales customer service 5 (five) days a week from Monday to Friday.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 5 (five) working days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please, use the contact form.
Please complete your request with clear and detailed explanations, as well as attaching photos of the product in question if it is a complain. We invite you to inform us within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the product, of any defects, breakages, missing parts or deterioration found on the product in question. Make sure to shot a video during the unboxing! We may ask you to send us the video by email following your request. Many studios ask for the unboxing video in order to provide after sales service.
If the product you received is damaged, we can request the replacement of the damaged part, but we cannot guarantee that it is present in the manufacturer's spare parts warehouse.
Please note that any request made beyond the period of 5 (five) days from receipt of the product may no longer be covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturer.
Each request will be processed individually. We remind you, once again, that each product is unique in its characteristics as well as in its possible imperfections being handmade and in a limited edition.
Damage to the external cardboard box and/or the color box (art box), which only serves to protect the product inside during transportation, are not eligible for after-sales service.
Minor damages such as superficial scratches and small imperfections of the product are common in handmade products and do not represent reason for refund or after sales service.
Some components are pre-glued in the factory and due to the temperature changes caused by long transport they may sometimes come off. We invite you to simply glue them back to their original state. A simple ungluing does not constitute a breakage as the service offered by the production studio would be equivalent to simply re-gluing the unglued parts.
Damages on dated products: manufacturers cannot guarantee replacement parts for dated products.
Therefore, products purchased from "China Stock" or purchased on request using the “Find my statue” format, are not covered by the after-sales service that provides for the replacement of the damaged piece.
The address and contact number of the manufacturer are indicated on the packaging of the purchased item. It is recommended to keep the packaging for any complaints, in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/988, in force from 13 December 2024.
