Where do you ship and sell from?
We are a store in Italy. Statues are shipped directly to the address registered at the time of purchase. If the item is not in stock, it will be ordered and shipped promptly.
I read that you ship from Asia?
Yes, all resin statues will be shipped from Asia. This will be stated in the product description when you purchase, whether they ship from Asia or Europe. The reason is simple: we want to provide our customers with all available statues from Europe and Asia, where they are manufactured and distributed worldwide. This way, they will arrive directly to your home within 60-90 days by ship. If you're unfamiliar with this method, please contact us before purchasing.
Customs fees?
We do not charge customs fees for customers in the EU, the United States, Canada, Japan, and Australia, so delivery is free of charge.
Shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on availability. If the item is already in-store, it will ship within a few days. If the item needs to be ordered, it may take longer, ranging from 1 to 2 weeks.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, we accept installment payments. We accept payments in three installments (three months) through existing payment methods such as PayPal and Klarna. For a different installment plan, you can arrange it with an open PayPal invoice.
How do I place a pre-order?
To place a pre-order, it is essential to accept the conditions described in the listing. Please read the following precautions carefully and make sure you are fully aware of the procedures and expected delivery times.
If the statues are broken or lost during shipping, how can I fix this?
When you receive a statue, you must open it immediately and inspect its condition, no more than 2 days after the delivery date. If you notice any damage or unusual details, please contact us via the form, attaching photos of the problem. Solutions are as follows:
1) Request replacement parts from the company (this service is free for many companies). Please note that this option is only available for statues released within a few months. Statues dated more than 6 months after their release are not covered.
2) In this case, we will offer a small compensation based on the damage, from €10 to €50, or repair by us at no additional cost.
After pre-ordering a product, when do I pay the remainder?
For each item in my order, we will indicate the approximate delivery date in the product description. Once it is ready for shipment, we will notify you by email so you can pay the remainder. Is there an option to skip the order immediately?
Can I pick up my items in store?
Pickup is possible for many items, but in some cases this may not be possible.
Can I combine multiple items?
Yes, you can combine multiple items, but please note that some items may not be in stock at the store, so you'll need to wait for delivery before combining them into one package. Delivery times can vary up to three weeks. Statues are non-combinable categories.
If I buy a statue and an action figure (Hot Toys, Funko Pop!, Other), do I pay two shipping costs?
Yes, orders not eligible for the combination will incur two shipping costs.
Can I get a personalized discount on an item?
